Summary
The Time Off Approval window is used to view, approve and reject time off approval requests generated in the Employee Self Service online application.
Step by Step
1 Open the Time Off Approval window.
- The Time Off Approval window (PR> Maintenance> Time Off Approval) will display any time off requests that the current user is tasked with approving or rejecting.
- Approved time off requests will display in green, pending requests in yellow and rejected requests in red.
- Enter the desired date and type information in the Search Criteria section and click the Refresh icon to filter the time off requests that are displayed on the calendar below.
- Highlight a time off request and click the Modify icon to display the request details in the Time Off Approval Maintenance window.
2 Approve or deny the time off request.
- The Time Off Approval Maintenance window will display the employee information, time off request details and any notes the employee provided regarding the request.
- Enter the time off approval or rejection details in the Response field.
- Click the Approve or Reject icons to approve or reject the time off request.
- The requesting employee will receive an email informing them of the approval or rejection of their time off request.
