Springbrook's Print and Mail Services are a more convenient and streamlined option for agencies to get their bills to citizens’ mailboxes.
- Save Time and Money: If your agency currently prints your own bills or if you currently use a third-party external vendor, Springbrook becomes a single relationship for your agency to manage.
- Near Real-time Reconciliation: Bills can include a URL and/or the QR code pointing to the CivicPay Online payment site. The perforated sections of the bills can include bar codes for your agency to scan in the office.
- Convenience: Perforated stubs on the bill statements allows citizens to use envelopes to easily mail in their payments.
- Informative: News and messages on the bill or an added flyer allow you to ensure your customers stay up-to-date.

Notes:
- Print jobs will be charged at a minimum quantity of 200.
- Pricing is subject to change due to USPS Postage increases or market fluctuations for paper and envelopes. Prices listed above include postage based on USPS rates as of June 2024.
- Inserts are limited to two per bill due to postal restrictions.
- Prices exclude sales tax.
- Turnaround time is typically two business days from receipt of approved proof.
