TC Parcel Table Maintenance

Summary

The Parcel Tables Maintenance window is used to build and maintain the group of Parcels IDs to be included in a Parcel Table.

Once a Parcel Table is created, a user can specify the Parcel Table Code on the Search screen of the desired report or process. An option to Exclude is available on the report or process. When the report or process is run with a Parcel Table selected and the Exclude checkbox is not checked, the report or process will only display or process information for the Parcel IDs specified in the selected Parcel Table. When the report or process is run with a Parcel Table selected and the Exclude checkbox is checked, the report or process will exclude the Parcel IDs specified in the selected Parcel Table.

Step by Step

 

1    Open the Parcel Tables window (TC> Maintenance> Parcel Tables).

  • The Parcel Tables window displays all of the parcel tables that have been set up in the database.
  • Select a Parcel Table and click the Delete button to delete the selected Parcel Table.
  • Select a Parcel Table and click the Edit button to open and edit the selected Parcel Table.
  • Click the Create Parcel Table button to open the Parcel Table Maintenance window and create a new Parcel Table.

 

2    Create a Parcel Table. 

  • The Code field is used to enter a user-defined code to represent the Parcel Table.
  • The Description field is used to enter a description for the Parcel Table Code.
    • Both the Code and Descriptions fields are required when creating a new Parcel Table.
  • Check the Payment Warning toggle to display a warning that the Parcel ID exists on this table if a bill that includes the Parcel ID found is entered or selected in Cash Receipts.
    • If this toggle is not checked, no warning message will be displayed.
  • Click + ADD DETAIL to add a Parcel ID to the Parcel Table. This will open the Edit Parcel Table Detail section to the right.
    • Enter a District Code or click the search button   to select an existing code. This will define the district of the Parcel ID to be included in the Parcel Table.
    • Enter a Parcel ID or click the search button to select an existing ID. The Parcel IDs available are those with the same District Code as specified in the District Code field above.
  • Click the Save button to complete the updates to the Parcel Table.
