Summary
The Due Date Table Maintenance window is used to build and maintain a group of Years, Sequences, Due Dates to be included in a Due Date Table. Due Date Tables are useful when you cannot get the selection desired in the report/process selection screen options for Year Range, Sequence Range, Due Date Range.
Once a Due Date Table is created, a user can specify a Due Date Table Code when processing certain reports. When the report or process is run with a Due Date Table, the Year Range, Sequence Range and Due Date Range option will be grayed out and not available
Step by Step
1 Open the Due Date Tables window (TC> Maintenance> Due Date Tables).
- The Due Date Tables window displays all of the due date tables that have been set up in the database.
- Select a due date table and click DELETE to delete the selected table.
- Select a due date table and click EDIT to open the Due Date Table Maintenance window and edit the selected table.
- Click the Create Due Date Table button to open the Due Date Table Maintenance window and create a new due date table.
2 Create a Due Date Table.
- Enter a user-defined Code to represent the Due Date Table.
- Enter a Description for the Due Date Code entered.
- Click ADD DETAIL to enter the Due Date Table details.
- Enter or select a Year and Sequence to be included in this due date table. The year and sequence may only exist once in any individual due date table.
- Enter a beginning and/or ending due date in the From Date and To Date fields to define a range of due dates to include in this table or leave blank to include all due dates.
- You may also enter a From Date and leave the To Date blank to include all due dates from the from date into the future. You may also leave the From Date blank and enter a To Date to include all due dates up to and including the To Date.
- Click the Save button to save the Detail and the Due Date Table.
