The CivicPay Online Messages pages are used to set up how you communicate with your citizens through your CPO site.
Configurable Messages Page
- The Configurable Messages page is used to create and edit a short message presented to your citizens on the Usage page.
- Enter the message in the Usage Message field. This message is limited to 250 characters.
- If no message is entered, the Citizen Usage page will not display the related Usage Message text box.
