In My Profile > Account Settings if a citizen is unable to update their "Paper Bill via Post Office" setting it may be because of their UB Account setup in Springbrook.
If the citizen receives the following error message "We were unable to update your Paper Bill setting, Please try again later." when attempting to save this may be because there is no "Billing Statement" for that customer number on their UB Account > People > Bill To settings.
In order to update the Paper Bill setting in CPO the associated account will need to have a Billing Statement in the Bill To.
