Customer Payment Portal - Activity
The Activity page is used to display any billing and payment activity associated with the citizen's CPO account.
- The Customer Address section can be expanded to display the Service Address associated with the citizen account.
- The Balance section displays the total account balance for the citizen's account.
- Citizens can click the Export button and select Excel or CSV to download the account activity in the file format of their choice.
