The CivicPay Online Settings pages are used to set up how your citizens will interact with your CPO site.

Bill Attachments Page

• The Bill Attachments page is used to upload PDF attachments meant to accompany generated bills and to upload a an optional example bill.
• The Bill Attachments section is used to upload and display up to five PDF bill attachments.
  • Click the Add Bill Attachment button to upload a new PDF.
  • Click the Submit button once you have added the desired bill attachment PDF.
  • Click Download next to a PDF if you would like to download the selected bill attachment.
  • Click Delete next to a PDF you would no longer like to save as a bill attachment.
• The Bill Example section is used to upload an example bill in order to help users identify where their billing data is displayed on the bill.
  • Click the Select Bill Example button to select the image you would like to use as your bill example.
  • This image must be in GIF format.
  • Click the Submit button once you have selected the desired bill example image.
