Summary
The Download XBP Files tool is used to filter and download the files that are automatically exported to Xpress Bill Pay in the New Billing and Final Billing processes.
Step by Step
1 Open the Download XBP Files window (SS> Utilities> Download XBP Files).
2 Filter and download the XBP files.
- The Batch Type field is used to filter the XBP files by the UB process they were generated from.
- Select either New Billing or Final Billing from the drop-down menu.
- Do not select a batch type to include both batch types in the search results.
- The Date From and Date To fields are used to filter the New Billing or Final Billing batches by the date the batch was committed.
- Once the filter criteria have been set, click the Search button and the search results will populate the data grid below.
- Double-click on a search result to download the .zip file for the selected batch.
