Summary
The Transaction Detail window is used to display the transaction level details associated with a filtered list of historical transactions.
Step by Step
1 Open the Transaction Search window (AR> Transaction Search).
2 Filter the displayed transaction details.
- Enter the desired filter details in the search criteria. Use the field search buttons to populate fields via selection. Click ADVANCED SEARCH to display additional search fields.
- Click the Search button to populate the data grid below with the transactions that meet the specified criteria.
- You can export the transactions that display in the window to a MS Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Ellipsis button and selecting Excel Export.
- Highlight a transaction and click TRANSACTION DETAIL to view the transaction details.
