Summary
The Rebalance Assessments tool calculates a corrected principal balance on the assessment by adding up all the balance columns on the assessment history for principal transactions. That corrected balance will then be displayed in the Principal Balance field on the General tab of the Assessment Maintenance window (SA> Maintenance> Assessment).
This tool will recalculate balances on all assessments in the system. If an error occurs during processing, all data will be rolled back to the pre-rebalance state.
Step by Step
- Open the SA Rebalance Assessments window (SA> Utilities> Rebalance Assessments).
- Click the Submit button and confirm to rebalance the assessments.
- Open the Assessment Maintenance window to view the corrected principal balance.
