- Ask the user to make sure that they are not logged into the system.
- Once verified go to: System Wide Access > Security > User
- Find the user who is locked out in the list of users
- Click the Reset Password icon

A message will pop up asking if changing the password is what you would like to do.
- Click the Accept button to confirm
An email will be sent to the user.

- The user should copy and paste the new password to log in
- The user can use Personal Preferences to change the password to something they can remember
