- Wages paid under Families First Coronavirus Response Act must either be printed on a W2 or other statement- we added it to the W2
Getting Updated Programs
- Update is at top of PR Year End Knowledge Article
- If you created the 2020 Year End Directory with KVS Support, we have already downloaded the program with the Tax Table Import Change

- Hover over each file, once hovering a 3-dot button (...) will appear
- Click on the 3-dot button(...) and click download
- Once downloaded move or save each program to your icobol folder
- Replace the file original file with the new file

Form 5214 - Is 4 W2's per page and this is the recommended form if filing electronically
- Can't use from 5214 if filing a paper copy
- Forms 5201, 5202, 5203 & 5204 - These forms are used with laser printers and represent Copy A, Copy B, Copy C and Copy D
